Ryoji Naito
Japan born and raised in the United States, Ryoji Naito is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in Product Design and Development. He has a passion for innovative technologies that improve our lifestyle. His first half of career, he has worked at Sony Electronics as a department manager and grew the local product design group from a small group to a multi-national global design group throughout North and South America. He has achieved multiple award-winning products and successfully scaled up the business by starting up multiple new manufacturing plants. He has gained experience not only in engineering but with business startup, budget control, quality control, manufacturing till service as well. Second half of his career, utilizing his experience and entrepreneurship he has founded D4C Product Development inc. to extend his passion into other industries to design and develop innovative products that improves our lifestyle.
